Bindoon Public Library

The Bindoon Library wishes to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land that we are meeting on, the Yued people.  We would like to pay respect to the Elders of the Nyoongar nation, past and present, who have walked and cared for the land, we acknowledge and respect their continuing culture, and the contributions made to this region.

The Bindoon Library is located at the Shire of Chittering Administration Centre in Bindoon and is part of the Library and Information Service of Western Australia.

It has a basic stock of approximately 6,500 items that include books, DVDs, audio books, and jigsaws. Monthly exchanges of items mean that approximately 80 new items are received each month, and several times a year we receive rotating stock from other public libraries.

  • Saturday from 9.00am - 12.00pm. Please note that our volunteers open the library on Saturdays and so only basic services are offered.
