PRECINCT 3 LOCAL STRUCTURE PLAN – MUCHEA INDUSTRIAL PARK
The Precinct 3 Muchea Industrial Park Local Structure Plan has been prepared on behalf of owners of 185ha of land in the western portion of the Muchea Industrial Park, which consists of Lots 800-804, 192, 194 and 35 Great Northern Highway, Muchea.
The structure plan was initially submitted to the Shire in early 2020 and advertised along with Scheme Amendment 67 (Amd 67) to Shire of Chittering Local Planning Scheme No.6 to rezone Precinct 3 from Agricultural Resource to the Light Industry zone.
