Annual Meeting of Electors

Electors of the Shire of Chittering are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Electors on Thursday 6 May 2021 at the Chinkabee Complex, 6166 Great Northern Hwy, Bindoon commencing at 7.00pm.
An Elector is entitled, but not required, to vote on matters raised at the meeting.
The order of business will be
- Attendance, Apologies and Approved Leave of Absence;
- 2019/20 Annual Report; and
- General Business.
Copies of the Annual Report are available on the Shire’s website www.chittering.wa.gov.au; or by contacting the Administration Centre on 9576 4600 to have a copy emailed or posted out to you.
