Please be advised that pursuant to section 18 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 and due to season conditions, the RESTRICTED BURNING TIME for the Shire of Chittering has been extended for 14 days; from midnight on 31 May 2024 to midnight on 14 June 2024.
All burning remains under permit only. Permits are only being issued for genuine agricultural activities.
If you see smoke or fire (especially where there is no registered burn on www.emergency.wa.gov.au), please call 000.
