Council at its meeting held on 21 May 2014 resolved to make the Shire of Chittering Local Government (Council Meetings) Local Law 2014.
The purpose of the local law is to provide for the orderly conduct of the proceedings and business of the Council.
The effect of this local law is that all Council meetings, committee meetings, and other meetings as described in the Act, shall be governed by this local law unless otherwise provided in the Act, regulations or other written law.
